Primary School World Cup
We are delighted to launch our Primary School Rugby World Cup!!
With the real Rugby World Cup taking place in France during September and October, we want all young people in our local primary schools to feel a part of it.
So what’s happening?
Each primary school that takes part gets paired with a team taking part in the World Cup. Pupils can then learn about that country in school through class projects and fun learning if they choose.
There are free taster sessions available for P2-P5, coached by our CCRO. All fun, and no contact!!
Then P6 and P7 pupils can prepare for their school to field a team in the Tag Blitz at PRFC in October with our CCRO’s help, whilst taking the field not only as their school, but as their country also!!
Want to give rugby a try and be ready for the blitz? Our minis are every Saturday morning at 9am.
